Bill Reed Construction Company was founded by Bill Reed in 1972 and has been a premier builder in the Hot Springs Village area for over 30 years.  Bill’s background in construction started in commercial building in his early years.  Mr. Reed was appointed in the early 1970’s to supervise all framing operations for Cooper Homes, Inc. in the newly created retirement golfing community.  The creation of Hot Springs Village was underway in the early 1970’s and Mr. Reed supervised over 1,500 construction sites.  Hot Springs Village saw tremendous growth in the 1980’s and 1990’s.  Bill Reed Construction Company has contributed to this growth with many beautiful custom homes and withheld a reputation that is difficult to surpass in the Village area.  Bill’s son, Cole Reed, is also a vital part of Bill Reed Construction Company.  As a builder’s son, he has been around construction practices all of his life.  He holds a bachelors degree from Arkansas Tech University, and is a knowledgeable CAD draftsman.
